Team: The Times Media Product Management team is organised around three core pillars of the Times product: Subscription Growth, Reader Experience, and Commercial Advertising. Each pillar comprises cross-functional squads of Product, Design, and Business Analysis, supported by dedicated Delivery and Engineering teams.
Role: The Lead BA will lead and mentor a team of cross-disciplinary BAs across all three pillars. Joining at an exciting time in the evolution of the Product team and The Times, you will be responsible for executing the Product strategy and guiding the BA team. This role is key in defining and delivering high-impact digital initiatives, optimizing processes, and improving business outcomes.
