Job summary

Next Employment Ltd is recruiting a Lead Business Analyst for a global insurer in London. Hybrid role: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

You will work on Policy and Claims Admin solutions with exposure to Commercial Insurance and the London Market, and oversee full IT project lifecycles. You will lead change initiatives, ensure architecture governance, coordinate business analysts, testing resources and external vendors across multiple projects.

Lead Business Analyst - Policy / Claims - Insurance - City, London

Hybrid working - 2 days a week onsite, 3 days remotely

Our client, a global insurance company, are looking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst with recent experience working in Commercial Insurance / London Market and exposure to Policy and Claims Admin solutions as an ESSENTIAL requirement.

As the Lead Business Analyst you will have good exposure to the full IT project lifecyle: project initiation through to implementation and be hands-on technically.

The Lead Business Analyst will:-

• Lead change initiatives, ensuring that technical architecture decisions support business objectives and engage with business stakeholders at all levels.
