Lead Business Analyst (SC Cleared) - Permanent - Bristol - Up to £75,000 - Hybrid

Hays are supporting a Bristol-based organisation to recruit a Security Cleared Lead Business Analyst. The role is paying c£55k - £75k depending on experience and offering hybrid working.

In the role you will lead a small team of BAs and stay hands-on, managing and running your own project portfolio. To be considered, you'll need experience at Lead / Senior level, and exposure to managing a team of Business Analysts. You'll need broad exposure across IT projects and current SC clearance with the ability to obtain DV. You'll need to be excellent at managing stakeholders, with a good understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodologies and ideally a background in defence, engineering or manufacturing.

In return you'll work in an excellent team on an exciting portfolio of defence and digital projects. You'll receive a competitive salary up to £75k and a pension of 12.5%. You'll also have some opportunities for hybrid working and receive an excellent wider benefits package.
