Are you an experienced Lead BSA Advisor looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy based in Liverpool, where your expertise in building safety will directly support high-profile clients across the construction and property sectors.

As a Lead BSA Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and applying the Building Safety Act 2022 across a diverse range of projects. This is a unique position within a multi-disciplinary environment, where you\'ll work alongside technical, commercial and project delivery teams to provide practical and strategic compliance advice.

The successful Lead BSA Advisor will be the key point of contact for all Building Safety Act matters, supporting clients in meeting their legal obligations while ensuring internal procedures are robust and effective. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Lead BSA Advisor who wants to help shape safety culture across the built environment.

  • Represent the business at industry forums and working groups relating to building safety.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in a Lead BSA Advisor or similar regulatory role.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act and associated secondary legislation.

  • Background in construction, architecture, building surveying, or compliance.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory experience.

  • Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Membership of IOSH, RICS, CABE, or CIOB are desirable.
