What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and commissioning of BMS systems across multiple projects
• Build and develop a brand-new BMS department from the ground up
• Work across sister companies to generate new workstreams and grow the business unit
• Take ownership of projects with the freedom to implement your vision and processes
• Mentor and grow future BMS engineers as the department expands

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in BMS design & commissioning
• Hands-on knowledge of Siemens, Trend, and RDM systems
• Strong understanding of IP and BACnet protocols
• Experience with HVAC systems (Mitsubishi, Daikin, Systemair, etc.)
• Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of a department
• Based in or near Birmingham, Manchester, or Hull
