We are seeking a proficient and experienced BIM Lead/BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, showcasing leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead in BIM projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a CAD team of 4 professionals.
  • Independently manage projects up to stage 5, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage project deadlines and ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Act as the primary client interface, addressing concerns, and providing updates as needed.
  • Attend coordination meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of successful BIM project management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
