Job summary

NG Bailey in Leeds is recruiting a Senior BIM Coordinator to join a new head office team and take on line management duties. You will lead the production and maintenance of building drawings and BIM models to support the design and construction process.

The role requires strong BIM expertise, CAD and Revit proficiency, and the ability to coordinate a team of BIM Technicians. Site visits and active collaboration with engineers and clients are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BIM Technicians or similar roles.
• Solid BIM expertise with CAD and Revit.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor BIM team across projects within budget and schedule.
• Produce and maintain coordinated BIM models and drawings for design and construction.
• Lead regular 3D coordination meetings using models to identify variations.
• Maintain knowledge of MEP systems to ensure optimized, compliant solutions.
• Visit sites to capture installation practices and apply learnings to modelling.
• Develop team skills in software, MEP coordination, and delivery performance.
• Produce drawings from 3D models for design, installation, and manufacture.
