Job summary

An experienced Bid Manager is sought to join the Oxford Pre Construction team. The role focuses on developing robust tender programmes, logistical strategies and end-to-end bid processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in bid management or related project delivery, a solid construction background, and strong IT skills including MS Office; InDesign familiarity is a plus. Collaboration and value-adding are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Bid Management or related project delivery role.
• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong IT capability including MS Office; familiarity with InDesign is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid process from enquiry to submission.
• Produce high-quality, tailored tender submissions aligned to client needs.
• Coordinate with estimators, operations and suppliers to ensure compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive tender programmes and logistical plans.
• Suggest alternative methods to improve competitiveness.
