Job summary

Integrity Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an established lead BI Developer in the UK to design and build data platforms. The role supports a sizeable data transformation as the team moves toward Microsoft Fabric, with flexibility for a home-based, nationally located position.

You will take ownership of platform design, guide data tooling choices, and contribute to growing the project and team, leveraging Python, PySpark and AI-driven Copilot capabilities as useful enhancements.

Qualifications

• Established lead BI Developer with a strong track record of designing and building data platforms.
• Experience with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Python/PySpark, and Data Factory.
• Experience with AI-based tools such as Microsoft Copilot is beneficial.
• Managerial and leadership experience is beneficial.
