Job summary

Arros QD in London (Fitzrovia) seeks an experienced Head Bartender/Bartender to lead and delight guests from behind the bar. You will work alongside a hands-on Front of House team in a high-paced, fine dining environment, with a focus on training a small bar team and delivering exceptional service using premium ingredients.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and will take on leadership responsibilities while contributing to the restaurant's Michelin-guided

Qualifications

• Experience in cocktails and spirits, with strong knowledge of bar drinks.
• Ability to train and lead a small bar team in a high-paced premium environment.
• Excellent guest service with a focus on hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations at a high pace in a fine dining setting.
• Train, mentor and manage the bar team to ensure exceptional service.
