GAIL’s Bread in Greater London is seeking a Head Barista to lead our café team and deliver exceptional coffee and food standards. You’ll train colleagues, model a positive attitude, and take charge to drive guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain food safety standards, and develop others through coaching and clear communication, while delivering the best in our fresh food, bread and cakes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading café or hospitality teams.
