GAIL’s Bread in Harrogate is seeking a Head Barista who leads with energy, passion and a clear customer focus. You’ll train and develop others, take charge of daily coffee service, and ensure high standards across our bakery and café.

With a focus on effective leadership and great execution, you’ll deliver exceptional specialty coffee, maintain food safety standards, and support the team to rise to our best.
