Job summary

New Route Recruitment Limited is seeking a Backend Senior/Lead Magento Developer to join our dynamic web development team. Based in SW London, you will work with frontend developers, PMs and digital marketing to translate client visions into robust Magento solutions.

You will craft high quality Magento CE/EE modules, architect complex systems, and employ modern techniques to deliver responsive e-commerce sites. Prior leadership and agency experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' commercial Magento experience (CE/EE).
• Experience building responsive, performant sites.
• Experience leading teams and managing remote teams.
• Familiarity with WordPress or PHP frameworks is a plus.
• Agency environment experience and Jira/Confluence familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend developers, project managers and digital marketing to align client vision.
• Create high quality, standards-compliant modules for Magento CE & EE (including Magento 2).
• Architect solutions and solve complex issues.
• Apply cutting-edge techniques to deliver beautiful, responsive e-commerce sites.
