About The Role

Our client is a Fintech Data Analytics Company looking for a Tech Lead to join their ambitious team. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will collaborate closely with the CTO, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality code with good test coverage using modern abstractions and frameworks.
• Adopt a DevOps mindset to ensure your team delivers quality product features.
• Mentor and nurture members of your team and the engineering department.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven programming skills, especially in Python.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Product, Design, and other Stakeholders to understand and break down complex problems.
• Strong experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Python FastAPI Microservices.
