The Role - Lead Backend Engineer

They are now looking for a highly skilled Lead Backend Engineer to join their growing team. This is a crucial role as they embark on their next phase of expansion. You'll be 100% hands-on, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the team scales.

Tech Stack - Python, FastAPI, AWS, Typescript, PostgreSQL, NumPy, Pandas

What You’ll Be Doing -

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems for AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Working closely with the ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production.
• Ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
• Driving best practices in backend engineering and mentoring junior developers as the team grows.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.
