Job summary

You will lead a dedicated team, apply EYFS safeguarding, plan activities, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of care. A full Level 3 Early Years qualification and previous nursery leadership experience are required to apply.

Qualifications

• This role requires Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Proven experience as a Room Leader or equivalent.
• This position is not suitable for candidates without nursery leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the baby room team to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Plan and implement activities that support early learning and development.
• Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Support staff development and daily operational decisions.
