Job Description

We are creating new roles in an emerging area of our business. These are inward-facing positions focused on developing repeatable and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will have influence across the organization from an Azure perspective.

Requirements

• Experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture
• Ability to be both commercial and technical, with strong rapport-building skills with key customers and internal teams

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of IaaS / PaaS / SaaS
• Interest in developing expertise in AI (current experience not required)

Your Responsibilities

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews of new offerings
• Ensure internal teams act as 'customer zero' for testing and authenticating new products before external deployment
• Gather and relay feedback from cross-functional teams to influence the technical roadmap
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Develop processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate closely with Product, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams
• Create blueprints for customer delivery that are scalable and repeatable
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on implementation
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
