Job summary

Encore in London, W1 is seeking a Technical Lead to manage the preparation, setup and operation of AV equipment for events. You will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure safety compliance and provide exceptional service to clients onsite.

The role requires 2–3+ years of AV experience and a background in hospitality or customer service. The position offers career progression and access to advanced technology within a global company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GCSE or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to an event.
• Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report health and safety issues to the onsite manager.
