Job summary

ISOQAR, part of Alcumus, is seeking a Lead Auditor in Birmingham to lead independent, third-party audits across a diverse client base and help organisations improve their management systems.

You will complete a structured 12-week training programme, travel regionally and nationally, and qualify in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, building strong client relationships and delivering clear audit reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operational experience from a relevant industry or industries, with strong communication, analytical thinking and clear, accurate report writing.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and lead independent, third‑party audits
• Gather objective evidence and prepare clear, impartial audit reports
• Host opening and closing meetings to communicate findings
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Continue developing knowledge of the industry and evolving standards
• Complete auditor training and achieve Lead Auditor qualifications (supported by ISOQAR)
