Job summary

ISOQAR in Birmingham seeks an experienced Lead Auditor to plan, conduct and lead independent, third-party audits across diverse sectors. The role focuses on gathering objective evidence, delivering clear audit reports and communicating findings in opening and closing meetings.

You'll build strong client relationships, stay current with evolving standards, and pursue Lead Auditor qualifications with support from ISOQAR. Some travel is expected regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operational experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and clear report writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and lead independent, third-party audits.
• Gather objective evidence and prepare audit reports.
• Host opening and closing meetings to communicate findings.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Continue developing knowledge of standards and industry.
• Complete auditor training and achieve Lead Auditor qualifications (supported by ISOQAR).
