Are you an experienced auditor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards? We are seeking a Lead Auditor to join our team and support the day-to-day maintenance of our ISO management systems, as well as various compliance tasks across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Systems: Support, coordinate, and monitor the internal management systems based on ISO standards, including conducting internal and external audits.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update policies, procedures, and internal control documentation, and manage a wide range of compliance tasks.
  • Training and Awareness: Create and manage compliance training programs for employees, promoting awareness of standards internally and externally.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders and support Sales/Account managers with client compliance queries.
  • Risk and Business Continuity: Support risk management, business continuity, environmental management, service management, information security, and quality management systems.
  • Audits and Certifications: Complete partner audits, support external DC audits, and develop an understanding of other compliance certifications held by the company (PCI DSS, CE+, SOC 2).
