About the Role

Are you an experienced AV professional looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious residential projects? We're seeking a Lead AV Engineer to install, program, and commission high‑end AV, smart home automation, and networking systems for luxury properties. Working with industry‑leading brands like Crestron, Lutron, and Control4, you'll ensure seamless installations that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Crestron, Lutron, and Control4 systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot IP networks, including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi.
• Assemble and install high‑spec AV racks with precision.
• Carry out high‑quality terminations for system reliability.
• Test and fine‑tune systems for flawless functionality.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and architects.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently on site.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
