Overview

🚀 We’re Hiring – Lead Installation Engineer (AV) 🎧📺

MADE AV is looking for an experienced Lead Installation Engineer to join our growing team in Kent (within ~25 mins of Ashford).

This is not a beginner role, we’re after someone who’s led AV installs and knows how to deliver high quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead installs across corporate, hospitality, sports, marine & commercial venues.
• Work with Uni-strut, cable trays, conduit & rack builds.
• Install speakers, LED walls (training provided), video screens & data cabling.
• Read schematics, oversee first-fix cabling & coordinate with other trades.
• Help document projects with site surveys, images & handover reports.
• Customer facing.

Where you’ll work

🌍 Kent & London (mainly) + UK & Europe travel.
