Overview

Lead Audio Validation & Test Engineer — 12-month initial contract. Hybrid working - Gaydon. £33.88ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw.

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Lead Audio Validation & Test Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on testing of automotive infotainment systems, with a strong focus on active NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) technologies at both system and subsystem levels.
  • Taking ownership of test delivery and driving results, through rigorous validation and problem-solving.
  • Plan and execute test programmes for infotainment systems, particularly those involving active NVH technologies.
  • Ensure all testing is aligned with automotive quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify issues and drive improvements in system and subsystem performance.
  • Define and apply testing specifications for new and existing infotainment components.
