Job summary

Britannia Row Productions Limited is seeking a Supervisor for the Prep and De-Prep Department in Weybridge. The role focuses on coordinating, supervising, and delivering high-quality bespoke audio systems for live events.

You will work closely with Heads of Department and the Warehouse Management to ensure timely, accurate preparation and de-prep, while maintaining safety and standards across preparation areas. A hands-on, proactive leader with a passion for audio is ideal.

Qualifications

• General understanding of audio systems
• Hands-on experience with audio systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Interest in electronics and a technical mindset
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
• Ability to lead and guide colleagues
• Willingness to take responsibility and work extended hours
• Ability to work efficiently, including some weekends

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate prep and de-prep activities with HOD and team.
• Supervise the prep team and assist with ongoing prep/de-prep as needed.
• Ensure areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Liaise with technical crew and clients to ensure systems meet specifications
