Lead Associate Dentist / Somerton, Somerset / Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Somerton, Somerset to recruit a Lead Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available immediately.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Option to join on a locum basis initially.
• Full or part time opportunity.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday.
• Enhanced UDA rate plus 50% Private.
• Incentive scheme allowing for up to 65% of Private revenue.
• Dentist will be required to manage a mixed list.
• In addition Lead Dentist will be required to support other clinicians at the practice, ensure quality is being delivered, support clinical advisors, and manage KPIs.
• Optional co-funding on postgraduate training.
• Dentist will benefit from full clinical freedom.
• Successful candidate will have the support of experienced Associates, Hygienist and Practice Manager.
• 4 surgery mixed practice with digital radiography and Rotary Endodontics.
• Commutable from Bristol.
• Parking is available near the practice.

All dentists must be GDC registered, have an active performer number and a valid DBS check.
