Role Description: Lead Associate Dentist at Somerton Apex dental, a four-surgery practice located in Somerton, Somerset. Address: Hope Cottage, Broad Street, Somerton TA11 7ND. Up to £30k joining bonus available. Co-funding opportunities. Local parking available. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to clinicians on site as a Lead Dentist.
• Be involved in mentorship activities, including mentoring an overseas clinician toward qualification as an Associate Dentist.
• Deliver high-quality dentistry and help improve patient outcomes within an NHS practice framework.
• Collaborate with experienced specialists (Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, Implantologists) and work with a dedicated clinical team to manage UDA targets and practice operations.
• Participate in CPD and upskill opportunities to broaden clinical capabilities.
• Contribute to community-focused care and patient education within local communities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Dentistry-qualified professional with experience in an NHS dental environment is preferred.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and participate in mentorship and training programs.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and meeting UDA targets with the support of the Practice Manager and clinical team.
