Construction Consultancy Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to lead a portfolio of building surveying projects, with a strong emphasis on public sector and education work. You will manage contracts, provide technical guidance, and maintain excellent client relationships in a growing consultancy.

The role offers autonomy to drive project delivery, develop junior staff, and contribute to the expansion of the Building Consultancy team within a supportive environment.

Competenze

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status required.
• Experience delivering building surveying projects in a consultancy.
• Project-led background with public sector/education projects ideal.
• Experience in contract administration and project management.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development.
• Mentoring or managing junior surveyors is advantageous.
