Job summary

Waterjobsuk is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in London. You will manage a range of technical projects from inception to completion, deliver high-quality surveying services, and build strong client relationships across the public sector.

The role requires MRICS or MCIOB, a strong consultancy background in building surveying, and proven experience in education and public housing projects.

Qualifications

• Chartered status required (MRICS or MCIOB).
• Experience delivering public sector housing and education projects.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of professional building surveying services.
• Manage technical work and projects from inception through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of technical delivery on projects under your control.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Program and manage workload for timely project delivery.
• Support project financial management, including forecasting and profitability.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
