A leading healthcare provider in Bath is seeking a registered pharmacy technician to lead the Aseptic services unit within the Pharmacy Department. This critical role involves managing the aseptic team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards, and contributing to the development of services. The ideal candidate will have experience in aseptic production and a commitment to enhancing patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to lead the Aseptic services unit within Pharmacy Department at the Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust.
We are looking for a registered pharmacy technician with the GPhC who has experience and knowledge of working within an Aseptic setting with management experience to lead the Aseptic team, made up of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants.
This role is part of the senior management team and is critical to the operational day to day running and future development of the Aseptic Services Unit.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, enthusiasm to promote new ideas, determination to succeed in a challenging environment, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to future developments in Aseptics.
