Job description

We’re looking for a culturally attuned and visually instinctive Lead Art Director to shape the lifestyle expression of On — across partnerships and product storytelling. From global moments like A-list partnerships to seasonal lifestyle narratives, you’ll blend a fashion-forward edge with our performance roots, translating concepts into compelling visual stories through high-quality creative across channels.

As a key member of the Brand Creative team, you’ll lead with taste, curiosity, and clarity — guiding the look and feel of our lifestyle storytelling in collaboration with teams across social, graphic design, retail, product, and marketing. This is a hands-on role that involves:

  1. Art directing iconic lifestyle campaign moments, including global campaigns and talent partnerships
  2. Working across channels from TikTok and social media to OOH stills campaigns and film direction
  3. Translating seasonal concepts into visual stories that resonate with culturally aware, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha consumers
  4. Collaborating closely with copywriters, product teams, retail designers, and cross-functional brand partners
  5. Aligning with the Senior Lead Art Director on seasonal milestones and brand consistency

Your Story

To succeed, you should have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in art direction at a global brand or creative agency, ideally with a focus on fashion, lifestyle, or culture
  2. A portfolio demonstrating fluency in visual concepting across TikTok, social media, OOH campaigns, and film direction
  3. A sharp portfolio showcasing conceptually innovative and visually unique art direction across campaigns
  4. Confidence in leading shoots, curating talent, locations, and collaborators
  5. Fluency in visual design principles with strong instincts in photography, film, and emerging formats
  6. Experience working on large-scale campaigns and fast-paced content creation
  7. A proactive, collaborative attitude with creative optimism and clarity
  8. Experience managing timelines, resources, and team dynamics
  9. A passion for culture, design, and pushing creative boundaries
  10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Our work includes seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, global brand moments, and retail projects, all aimed at pushing creative boundaries while maintaining a consistent, elevated visual identity.
