Job summary

Experis seeks a Lead Architect to join a major cloud transformation programme. You will lead architecture and design across complex VMware environments, with a focus on VCF upgrades and automation.

You'll guide technical teams and stakeholders through design and delivery challenges, run requirements and design workshops, and review governance and architectural standards with global teams. Travel within the UK is required on project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture and design activities across VMware environments (VCF, NSX).
• Experience driving VCF upgrade programmes (5.x to 9.x).
• Guiding technical teams and stakeholders through design and delivery challenges.
• Running requirements and design workshops with diverse groups.
• Reviewing solutions, governance documentation and architectural standards.
• Working with global teams across multiple technologies and vendors.
• Willingness to travel within the UK for project milestones.
