Qualifications

• Senior experience in youth development, outdoor learning, or education.
• Experience creating pathways for young people, including apprenticeships or work opportunities.
• Experience of budget responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of the youth development programme across multiple voyage experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, youth organisations, and corporate partners.
• Monitor and evaluate programme impact to ensure positive outcomes.

Connaissances

Senior experience in youth development

Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience

Excellent communication skills

Experience in income generation
