Job summary

Konker Group is seeking a Senior Architect or Project Architect to join its Leeds studio. The role focuses on design-led leadership through early stages and advancing ambitious schemes toward planning.

A Leeds office of around 30 staff supports progression toward Manager or Associate roles. You will work on landmark Leeds developments, collaborating with an experienced technical team to guide projects from concept to planning.

Qualifications

• Experienced Architect with strong design ability and confidence leading projects through planning stages.
• Solid Revit experience and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues; hand sketching is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through early design and planning stages.
• Shape projects from concept through to planning with support from a technical team.
• Interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality designs.
