About the Role

As a Lead Architect, you will own your domain, overseeing applications, cloud infrastructure, and services. You will be part of a new team tasked with transforming a legacy "spaghetti" architecture into a modern microservices architecture, supported by clear funding and strategic backing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight within your domain
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the board
• Lead the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture
• Define standards and best practices for development, security, and observability
• Mentor junior architects and technical teams
• Serve as the technical liaison for your business unit
