Nixor is seeking Principal/Lead Architects with experience in the Life Insurance / Assurance industry to join a newly formed architecture team for the UK's largest Mutual Pensions company. About the Role

As a Lead Architect, you will own your domain, overseeing applications, cloud infrastructure, and services. You will help transform a legacy "spaghetti" architecture into a modern microservices architecture, starting a transformative journey supported by full backing and funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight within your domain
• Collaborate with the board and senior stakeholders
• Lead the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture
• Define and implement standards for development, security, and observability
