Morgan Sindall Infrastructure Energy Scotland is seeking a Lead Appointed Person for Lifting Operations to lead lifting across Scotland projects, ensuring plans and methods meet BS 7121 and safety standards.

You will provide technical leadership, develop lifting plans, manage stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and safe delivery.

Formación

• Experience leading AP lifting operations in infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Ability to develop lifting plans and method statements.
• Strong knowledge of BS 7121 and lifting regulations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Appointed Person lifting operations across Energy Scotland projects.
• Implement and maintain company procedures covering lifting operations.
• Develop lifting plans and method statements in accordance with BS 7121 standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise lifting activities for safe, efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, crane operators and subcontractors.
