Job summary

Elysia Embedded, part of Fortescue's cutting-edge battery software team, is seeking a Technical Specialist to lead integration and validation of Elysia Embedded algorithms in customer BMS environments. Based in Kidlington, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, evaluate algorithms in live tests, and deliver technically robust solutions with MAAB/ASPICE compliance.

Strong MATLAB/Simulink expertise and experience with CI/CD are essential; excellent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant STEM subject (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computing, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering).
Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions.
Strong MATLAB/Simulink expertise and software delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Leads gathering and elicitation of customer requirements into software requirements.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Elysia Embedded algorithms into customer BMS software.
Evaluates algorithms in customer environments (Virtual, HIL, lab tests, vehicle tests).
Supports hardware benchmarking of Elysia Embedded algorithms.
Leads pilots, PoCs, technical workshops and presentations for customers.
