Responsibilities
  • Strategic Network Design & Scenario Modelling: Architect the future of our supply chain using advanced analytics and predictive modelling.
  • Drive long-term planning using data simulations to optimise capacity, cost, and service.
  • Build powerful dashboards and tools that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with compelling business cases rooted in evidence.
  • AI, Automation & Digital Simplification: Lead the rollout of machine learning and intelligent automation across supply chain processes.
  • Replace legacy systems with streamlined, tech-enabled solutions that scale.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and grow a high-performing analytics team.
  • Act as the bridge between supply chain, commercial, and technology teams to embed data-first thinking.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in supply chain analytics, strategy, or planning—ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG.
  • Strong command of SQL, Python, Excel, and modern data platforms.
  • A track record of simplifying complexity and delivering automation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
