A leading UK wholesaler is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Analytics Manager to shape their supply chain strategy. This role involves developing long-term plans, optimizing processes, and leading a team of analysts. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Booker’s supply chain strategy, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving innovation through data, and influencing long-term business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping our network design, improving inbound capacity planning, and simplifying the systems and processes that underpin our operations.
Experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or strategy—ideally within Booker, Tesco, or a similar environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL & Python
A track record of simplifying complex systems and driving automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative mindset and a passion for making things better
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Maths, Business)
