Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Analysts to establish best practices in data infrastructure, monitoring, testing and modelling.
  • Own and drive the data infrastructure roadmap for the assigned tribe.
  • Build and maintain core datasets ensuring data quality and accessibility.
  • Advocate new tooling such as dbt and AI apps across the org.
  • Assess and implement data modelling best practices within the squad.

At Wise, we have over 130 Analysts and more than 2,500 weekly active users of our Business Intelligence Tools.
