Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Analyst for New Customer Analytics to join our team in London. This role involves leading analytical efforts to support customer acquisition strategies within the credit card business. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of analytical projects, support strategy development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee analytical work supporting new customer acquisition.
  • Implement business strategies and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing activities.
  • Support acquisition strategy development, including reporting and managing external queries.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to benefit the business through analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an analytical or programming role.
  • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and MS Office applications.
  • Degree in a quantitative subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of programming tools like R, Python, Hadoop, Tableau is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Certification in SAS Base and Advanced Programming is preferred.
