This is an exciting opportunity with IC Resources for an Analog IC Design Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the north of London, driving high-speed mixed-signal IC design for data communications. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Extensive (10+ years) experience in Analog IC Design.
• Several years in a leadership or management role with the ability to manage multiple projects under schedule and resource constraints.
• Excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders across engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary IC design and layout engineers.
• Oversee development of next-generation optical communication systems.
• Provide technical leadership with a clear pathway to higher leadership roles as the business expands.
