About The Role
Responsible for managing and coordinating all clinical and non-clinical aspects of the Anaesthetic service, ensuring high standards of care and safety in line with Practice Plus Group Hospital Plymouth (PPG) values, policies, and legal requirements.
Oversees daily management, budgeting, and staffing of the Theatre department, supporting Theatre/Deputy Managers.
This role combines managerial duties with clinical work, providing leadership within the clinical team. The post holder manages elective and emergency cases, offering first-line clinical care as needed.
