Job summary

Based in Oxford, you will oversee end-to-end campaigns from integration through environmental qualification and acceptance, driving schedule, quality and cost efficiency.

The role demands an experienced RF/AIT engineer with a strong satellite communications background, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering robust RF

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in RF payloads or satellite communications.
• Experience leading or supporting integration and test campaigns.
• Strong understanding of RF systems and satellite architectures.
• Hands-on RF testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full integration and test campaigns for RF payloads.
• Perform payload integration activities and RF verification.
• Carry out functional and performance testing of RF systems.
• Support link budget validation and interface verification.
• Develop test scripts and automation for tests.
• Produce AIT documentation and reports.
• Manage non-conformances through review process.
