Are you a senior air conditioning engineer looking for your next challenge, where you can lead and grow an air conditioning division?

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer with the ambition to lead and expand our air conditioning division.

The role focuses on quality and reliability, involving fault finding, repairs, routine maintenance, and installations, primarily within an Air Conditioning bias.

Our customer base spans sectors such as hospitality, logistics, education, retail, healthcare, and local authorities.

DUTIES:

You must hold the necessary qualifications and skills for this role. Overtime is available where possible.

Work type: 70% service and 30% installation, covering locations within a 60-mile radius of our Surrey office (30% London sites, 70% Surrey/Hampshire sites).

Responsibilities and duties:

• Quoting on new air conditioning installation projects.
• Overseeing a small team, with growth potential.
• Performing PPM, reactive, and installation works on AC/HVAC systems to required standards.
• Diagnosing faults, repairs, electrical fault finding, ensuring work meets H&S regulations, and maintaining documentation.
• Maintaining performance standards for all AC/HVAC equipment and areas.
• Providing professional, customer-focused service, liaising proactively with clients, and suggesting service improvements.

Package:

• Basic Salary from £47k - £55k per year, DOE.
