Job summary

Quantum Light is seeking a world-class AI Researcher with a quantitative trading background to join a newly forming team in London. You will lead AI research to develop a quantitative investment strategy for VC, shaping the firm's AI roadmap and research culture.

You will train production-grade neural networks, assess pipelines, and translate trading signals into tangible research outcomes. This foundational hire offers significant ownership and the chance to influence a growing hedge-focused AI

Qualifications

• Track record of training complex neural networks for production — not just fine-tuning or applying pre-trained weights
• Quantitative trading or research background
• Good understanding of PyTorch internals, GPU architecture, quantization, performance tuning, etc
• Great knowledge of modern neural network architectures

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
