Job summary

Elsewhen, a London-based AI consultancy, seeks a Freelance Lead Product Manager to own a data and AI engagement from day one. You’ll drive rapid pilot builds, Databricks dashboards and Next Best Action modelling, while shaping the solution and validating it with the client.

You’ll lead a small cross-functional team with an AI Engineer and a Data Scientist, running discovery, workshops and weekly reviews to ensure outcomes align with the client’s vision.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered data and AI solutions for clients.
• Minimum 2 years in a consultancy, leading client-facing engagements end to end.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks / Azure, data models and paid media modelling is a plus.
• Experience delivering pilots and prototypes to tight timelines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business, vision, terminology and priorities and how the engagement fits into them.
• Lead discovery, scope and workshops across three workstreams (Model explainability, Dashboard creation, agentic research).
• Drive delivery from concept to production-grade solution with a prioritized backlog and regular demos.
• Own client communication, weekly reviews and final playback to ensure outcomes are achieved.
