Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams delivering AI-powered generation systems at scale.
• Strong background in multi-stage AI generation, validation and evaluation pipelines.
• Proven ability to optimise model utilisation, routing and generation costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the AI team across ML, data engineering and game development functions.
• Own the architecture and technical strategy for the game generation pipeline.
• Define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks and playability metrics.
• Design feedback loops that utilise player and creator engagement data.
• Drive model routing, caching, retrieval and optimisation strategies to reduce generation costs.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape the technical roadmap.
