Qualifications
- Experience shipping production-grade LLM-powered systems.
- Experience leading/mentoring a small team of engineers.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, from orchestration to deployment.
- Experience in AI engineering, automation, workflow engineering, or software development.
- Commercial experience with Microsoft ecosystem (.NET, Azure, Fabric).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers with high-trust culture and strong delivery.
- Design AI-first products for HealthTech startups to automotive brands.
- Ship production-grade LLM-powered systems including orchestration and agent frameworks.
- Own full product lifecycle from discovery to scalable delivery.
- Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI to translate user problems into solutions.
- Embed AI capability into products and teams to keep value in-house.
